I am managing to pick up some tunes here and there myself yet there is a "Ye Olde" tune in all the medieval/King Arther films much like greensleaves. In fact it could be it just doesn't sound quite right, can anyone shed some light on this tune it's driving me mad?

hi, my name is rory and i am new to the low whistle, just got it about half a year ago.
i took the mouth piece off my new low d whistle, made by goldie, and i noticed som sort of plastic stuff. when i went to put it back on, it wouldnt fit very when because of the plastic stuff that was pushed and after that it has become really slippy, wont stay on very well. Is there somewhere where i could buy the plastic stuff or should i send it to goldie to mend it??
not shure if this has damage the sound of the whistle, if it is fixabke:S??
